Accused convenience store heroin dealer heads to trial

Michael Olk sold 40 packets of heroin with another man to a confidential informatn

BATH, Pa. - One of two men caught dealing heroin at a convenience store in Bath, Northampton County waived his preliminary hearing Monday morning and will now be heading to trial.

Michael Olk, 23, was arrested March 22, 2014 with Yessy Rivera after being caught by police in the process of selling 40 packets of heroin to a confidential informant.

The two men, both from Carbon County, were charged with possession of heroin and delivery of heroin.
