Kessler: I'm getting fired on Sept. 19

GILBERTON, Pa. - The Schuylkill County police chief who has been under fire for his profanity-laced gun rights videos expects to be fired in two weeks.

According to a posting on his Facebook page, Gilberton Police Chief Mark Kessler says he will be fired at a meeting at the borough hall on September 19th.

He even plans to have a press conference after the meeting.

Kessler has been suspended indefinitely for using borough weapons without permission in his videos.

A hearing was scheduled for last Friday but was postponed.
