Han Tak Lee has been in prison for 23 years for setting a cabin on fire with daughter inside

A court is taking a new look at a decades old arson case that left one person dead.

A court has heard new evidence in the case of Han Tak Lee.

Lee has spent the last 23 years in prison after being convicted of setting a fire in a Monroe County cabin that led to his daughter's death.

Lee's attorney says his conviction was based on outdated investigation methods.

Now a judge will review the case and make a recommendation at a future date.
