State police arrest accomplice in Monroe County shooting

The shooter remains on the loose

CHESTNUTHILL TWP., Pa. - Authorities have arrested a suspect in the shooting of a Monroe County man.

Pennsylvania State Police on Wednesday arrested Apheraddyttie Henneborn in connection to the shooting of 39-year-old Henry Read. State police allege that Aquiles V. Conde-Shenery shot Read during an argument Tuesday outside a Donald Road home in Chestnuthill Township.

As of the Thursday, the whereabouts of the 32-year-old Hazleton man were unknown.

Police arrested the 31-year-old Henneborn after learning through a witness that she was an accomplice to the shooting. Police charged the Chestnuthill Township woman with attempted homicide, criminal solicitation, weapons possession and two counts each of aggravated assault and conspiracy.

Henneborn was taken to Monroe County jail, but bail information was not immediately available.

Conde-Shenery faces attempted homicide, aggravated assault, illegal possession of a firearm and weapons possession charges. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Pennsylvania State Police Fern Ridge barracks at 570-646-2271.
