POLK TOWNSHIP, Pa. - State Police say a 18 year-old from Kunkletown was killed in a Saturday afternoon crash in Polk Township.

Police said Conrad Caputo III was driving a Ford Ranger pickup truck west on Hell Hollow Road shortly before 5 p.m. when he lost control and traveled to the south side of the road and struck a tree.

The pickup then rolled over onto its passenger side, striking a tree with its roof, before rolling back onto its tires facing south, police said.

According to police, Caputo died from his injuries.

Two other teens were in the truck, police said; a 16 year-old in the passenger seat, and a 15 year-old who was riding in the bed of the truck.

Both suffered serious injuries.
