Two adults charged with homicide in Hamilton Township drive-by shooting

A 16-year-old also facing charges

2 adults arrested in drive-by shooting

HAMILTON TWP., Pa. - Two adults and one juvenile were charged with homicide in a deadly drive-by shooting in Monroe County early Tuesday morning,

Jacqueline Rose Harrigan, 20, of East Stroudsburg, and Bruce Murray Jr., 22, of Tobyhanna, were arrested by State Police Tuesday evening. A third suspect, 16-year-old Dygunn Mitchell, was also charged.

The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. in the 5000 block of Old Timber Road as several shot were fired at the home.

Darcey Kravchenko, 39, was found shot in a back room, and later died at Pocono Medical Center.

According to court papers, the shooting was apparently in retaliation over a robbery during a drug deal.

Witnesses called the shooting a drive-by.
