Wanted by police in Monroe County: 2 Lowe's burglars

POCONO TWP., Pa. - Police are asking for the public's help in finding two burglars in Monroe County--one who's apparently a superhero!

The Stroud Area Regional Police department is looking for two unknown people who broke into the Lowe's home improvement store at 5027 Windsor Drive, Pocono Twp., around 1:45 a.m. June 15.

The store is located at the Crossroads Mall in Bartonsville.

Once inside the store, the thieves took multiple items including a Dewalt angle grinder and welding torch kit, plus candy, before fleeing the area on foot, police said.

One burglar was dressed as Batman, the other in a dark hooded sweatshirt.

Monroe County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest in this burglary investigation.
