Police arrest man in connection with stolen credit cards

HATFIELD TWP., Pa. - Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with stolen credit cards in Montgomery County.

Philadelphia Police arrested 45-year-old Charles J. Campbell Jr. Monday on a warrant from the Hatfield Police.

Campbell was identified by police as a suspect who was involved in the theft of credit cards from a vehicle parked at School Road Park in Hatfield Township on June 14.

The stolen credit cards were then used to make purchases at several stores in Hatfield and Towamencin townships.

The suspect was caught on several surveillance photos.

Campbell was taken to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility after being unable to post $25,000 cash bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for July 22.
