HACKETTSTOWN, Pa. - Police in Warren County, New Jersey, have arrested a man they say exposed himself in front of children at a local swimming pool.

Hackettstown police released a sketch of the man Tuesday, and later that day arrested 41-year-old William D. O'Keefe Jr. of Hackettstown.

Police said O'Keefe exposed himself where children were present on July 2 at the Hackettstown Community Pool.

He also exposed himself to an adult woman in the 100 block of Liberty Street also on July 2, authorities said.

O'Keefe is charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and lewdness.

He was unable to post $25,000 bail and was taken to the Warren County Correctional Facility.

O'Keefe was also ordered to get a mental status exam.
