UPPER GWYNEDD TWP., Pa. - More than a year before she was killed, Jennifer Snyder and her boyfriend David Rapoport were confronted by Rapoport's wife, said police.
Elizabeth Rapoport saw her husband leave their development with Snyder early on a morning in October, 2009, said Chief David Duffy, Upper Gwynedd Township Police Department. He said Elizabeth followed the two of them to a Weis Market on Valley Forge Road in Upper Gwynedd and confronted them about their affair.
During the confrontation, police said that Elizabeth physically assaulted Snyder.
Police cited Elizabeth with harassment. She pleaded guilty and paid a fine.
Snyder was found shot to death in a wooded area off Game Preserve Road in North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County late last week after being reported as missing and endangered.
David Rapoport has been charged in her killing and the killing of their unborn son. Snyder was two months pregnant when she died.
