Police searching for "armed and dangerous" man

WEST POTTSGROVE TWP., Pa. - Police in Montgomery County are searching for a man who, they say, is armed and dangerous. They said he and three others abducted and killed a 19-year-old man.

Back on May 5th at a home on Manatawny Street in West Pottsgrove Township -- on the Berks County border-- a 19-year-old was taken from his home at gunpoint while two others were tied up.

Police said they've arrested two men, but are looking for two more.

Bruce Levengood said on Sunday, May 5th,  his niece was in his yard when two teenagers came to his house asking for help.

"I grabbed the phone, went out to the driveway. The boys were behind my house," said Levengood, "I went down. I asked the boys what was wrong. They were shaking like a leaf and they just told me someone had come in and abducted somebody. So, I called 9-1-1."

He said police arrived quickly and eventually learned his neighbor 19-year-old Kareem Ali Borowy was abducted.

"I'm a pastor and we had church service that night. We left. The police let us go out of our driveway. Probably got home 10 o'clock that night and that's really when we found out that what happened to him down Sanatoga," said Levengood.

Police said Borowy's body was found with a gunshot wound in the back and was left on the side of Sanatoga Station Road. Police said four men were involved in the home invasion, kidnapping and homicide.

They arrested Rasheed Teel and Charles Freeman.

"I just told my wife, I said they got two of them. She said, 'Well, praise the Lord.' We were hoping they would find them," said Levengood.

But they are looking for two more, an unidentified man and Andre Collier. They said Collier should be considered armed and dangerous. Levengood said, for 30 years, nothing like this has ever happened here.

"That's why we were totally shocked, but praise the Lord they caught two of them," said Levengood, "I hope they get the rest, get those people off the streets so this doesn't happen again."

Levengood said his neighbor hasn't been living in her home since her son was killed.

Police filed first, second and third degree murder charges. Anyone with information about Collier or the other man involved should contact police.
