Voter registration deadline is Tuesday

Voter registration deadline is Tuesday

If you want to vote in the upcoming Presidential election and aren't registered time is running out.

Volunteers from both parties have been working overtime trying to get people registered to vote.

The volunteers say they've been hearing positive things about their candidates from the voters they've signed up.

"The people that I've registered, if they're a Democrat, they're still supporting the president, the people that I've been engaged with. I mean once in a while you run into somebody who's undecided or a Republican and they have a different point of view," said Obama campaign team leader Carmen Bell.

"A lot of angst, a lot of anxiety, a lot of fear for the future and a lot of people eager to want to go to the polls and vote for Romney," said Thomas Carroll, the Northampton County Republican Committee Chair.

Tuesday is the deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election.
