Report: Paternos, others to sue NCAA

The NCAA is facing another lawsuit related to the Jerry Sandusky scandal.

The family of late Penn State football coach Joe Paterno, several school trustees and former players are expected to file a lawsuit.

They're taking issue with penalties the NCAA levied against the school for the scandal.

That's according to a lawyer for the Paternos.

He's expected to talk about it Wednesday night on the NBC Sports Network show "Costas Tonight" hosted by Bob Costas.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett has also filed an antitrust lawsuit against the NCAA for the same reason.
