Restaurant, bar planned for south Bethlehem

Developer plans to build 7-story building

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The site of a condemned building is about to see new life on the south side of Bethlehem

Developer Dennis Benner said he's purchased a property at West Fourth and Vine streets.

He said he plans to raze the condemned building at 30 W. Fourth St. to put up a seven-story building that will include a restaurant, bar and apartments.

Benner said he hopes to have the project underway by the end of the year., and it will likely take seven to eight months to complete.
