Restaurant in Warren County damaged by fire

FRANKLIN TWP., N.J. - A restaurant in western New Jersey suffered damage to three floors in a fire early Monday.

The call came in around 3:20 a.m. for a fire at Hunter's Tavern, 2357 Route 57, in Franklin Township, Warren County.

Crews were able to save part of the structure, thanks to seven fire companies responding. Eight tanker trucks were on the scene.

According to a 69 News crew at the scene, the New Jersey State Police arson and bomb unit are investigating, with assistance from the New Jersey Division of Fire Safety.
