Reyes Deli Grocery store robbed in Allentown

Armed robbery at grocery

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Police are investigating an armed robbery in Allentown.

The holdup happened around 8:45 p.m. Thursday at Reyes Deli Grocery store, 1251 W. Chew St.

A clerk told police a Hispanic man in dark clothing pointed a handgun and ordered the clerk to hand over cash, police said. The robber then ran off with the money.
