Rosin pitches Fightin Phils to win in Harrisburg

Seth Rosin threw six strong innings and Tyson Gillies hit his first home run of the season as the Reading Fightin Phils earned a 5-1 win at Harrisburg Saturday night.

Rosin (3-3, 3.30) allowed just one unearned run to pick up the win on the mound.

Gillies hit a two-run homer, and the Senators helped the Fightins cause by committing four errors in the game.

Cameron Rupp and Tyler Henson each had two hits for Reading.

The Fightin Phils (19-27) will resume their series in Harrisburg Sunday night at 6:30pm.
