Serial flasher on the loose

CUMRU TWP., Pa. - Police are stepping up their efforts to find a man who has been flashing little girls.

The first incident happened on October 26th, at the Pennwyn Playground in Cumru Township around 3:30 in the afternoon, police said.

The flasher is described as a white male in his 20s, short dark hair, and has a goatee.

He also drives a 4-door maroon vehicle, investigators said.

The second incident also happened on October 26th, just a few miles away, at Friendly's Restaurant in the 1500 block of Lancaster Avenue in Cumru Township, authorities said.

And yet a third incident of indecent exposure reportedly ocurred on October 31st, at about 4:10 p.m., near routes 724 and 222.

This time the, the man is described as a while male in his 50s.

Police have not said if the flashing incidents are related, but are calling on the public's help so they can identify the culprit or culprits.

Anyone with information can leave an anonymous tip by calling Crime Alert Berks County. The number is 877-373-9913.

If your tip leads to an arrest, you could receive a cash reward.
