1 injured in 6-vehicle crash in West Pottsgrove

WEST POTTSGROVE TWP., Pa. - One person was injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Montgomery County Saturday morning. 

The crash happened on Route 422 westbound in West Pottsgrove Township, according to police. 

The six-vehicle crash, which happened around 10:15 a.m., closed a stretch of 422 West for about an hour and a half.

Five of the vehicles had to be towed, police said.

West Pottsgrove police said that one person had been injured, but the extent of the injuries is not known.

No word on what caused the crash.
