Blogging teacher won't be allowed to sue district

A former Bucks County teacher-- who made national headlines for her online blog-- is not allowed to sue the district for violating her right to free speech.

The Central Bucks School District fired Natalie Munroe in 2012.

She had previously been suspended for criticizing students on her blog.

Now a US district judge says Munroe's First Amendment right was not violated and the suit is being dismissed.
