Man sentenced for purchase of gun used in officer's death

A man accused of buying the gun used to kill a police officer in Montgomery County will spend at least 20 years in prison.

Michael Henry was sentenced to 20 to 66 years by a judge Thursday.

Back in March Henry pleaded guilty to 23 counts including buying the gun used by Andrew Thomas to kill Plymouth Township officer Bradley Fox in September.

Police say Thomas then used the gun to kill himself.
