EAST PIKELAND TWP., Pa. - Police are investigating a possible link between bank robberies in Chester and Lebanon counties.

Police released Tuesday surveillance pictures of a robbery at the First CornerStone Bank in the 300 block of Schuylkill Road in East Pikeland Twp., Chester Co.

The East Pikeland robber is described by police as a white man who stands about 5 feet, six inches tall with a full "sleeve" tattoo on his left arm.

The description is similar to that of the man who robbed the bank in Myerstown, said Chief James Franciscus, East Pikeland Twp. Police Dept.

State police issued a release on Monday stating that there are also similarities to recent robberies in Berks and Northampton counties.
