Strike appears imminent as talks between state, union stall

A first ever faculty strike appears to be imminent for Pennsylvania's 14 state universities and their 100,000 students as talks ended Tuesday with no agreement and the union says it's sticking by its strike deadline which is 4:59 a.m. Wednesday
