ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A 17-year-old boy is facing several charges as police said he shot a 59-year-old man inside a laundromat in Allentown on Thursday.

Hasan Collier Jr. had his preliminary arraignment Friday morning and is being charged as an adult.

Police responded to the 300 block of Ridge Avenue at 3:46 p.m. Thursday for a report of a shooting, according to police.

When officers arrived, they found the victim, identified as David Sanchez, in the street in front of the Ridge Avenue Laundromat. He had been shot multiple times.

Collier is charged with aggravated assault, receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm by a minor and attempted homicide.
