WILSON, Pa. - Police are looking for a man who impersonated a police officer and tried to get a teenager into his vehicle at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Wilson.

A 16-year-old girl told police that a black, full-size SUV approached her in the parking lot of Square One Exxon at 1503 Northampton St.

She told police the SUV was operated by a light-skinned black male in his late 30s or early 40s. She said he was about six feet tall and had a medium build with a short afro and long sideburns.

The male was wearing a black law enforcement style uniform, but with no patches or badge.

She again refused again and fled.
