BELVIDERE, NJ - A man found guilty of first degree murder not once, but twice, in Warren County, N.J., has learned his fate.

Thor Frey was sentenced Wednesday to 40 years in prison.

Frey and Donald O'Grady killed Mary Bostian, of Phillipsburg, while they were robbing her home in 2006, investigators said.

Frey was convicted in his second trial in January.

He won a new trial in 2011 after appealing his first conviction in 2009.

O'Grady is already in prison.
