William Davis sought after escape from corrections center in Berks County

WERNERSVILLE, Pa. - Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man who escaped from a correctional facility in Berks County.

William Martin Davis, 25, was incarcerated at the Wernersville Community Correctional Facility in Wernersville when police said he escaped through a fire door around 8:50 p.m. on Monday.

He was being held on criminal conspiracy charges.

He is described as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair.

His last known address was 505 S. Ellsworth Street in Allentown.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pennsylvania State Police, Reading Barracks, at 610-378-4011 or to remain anonymous call Alert Berks County at 877-373-9913.
