Mouth-watering steaks with an eye-catching view are on the menu in this week's Local Flavor. The Orchard Meat and Fish Company in Orefield used to be an old mining hotel. The building's been around since the 1800's. The current owners had to do a lot of fixing up to make it look how it does today.
