Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez may be making most of the headlines, but he's just one in a string of NFL players arrested in the 2013 offseason. Using a list Business Insider put together using comprehensive databases from Pro Football Talk and the San Diego Union Tribune along with recent new reports, there are the 28 active players who have been arrested so far this year:
