When Central Catholic and Holy Name merged last year, its product was Berks Catholic. Without much time to prove otherwise, The Saints showed they could be successful on the gridiron in their first year, turning in a 6-4 campaign.
But it took quite a lot of stirring within the pot before the flavor was just right.
Berks Catholic had to combine new kids with new systems and coaches, which would naturally lead to a few growing pains.
But with that part out of the way and a few wins to boot, the Saints are excited to see what the second crusade holds in store.
