Luck completed 16 of 34 passes for 196 yards with one touchdown and a pair of interceptions as the Colts (9-4) erased a 20-7 halftime deficit and won for the seventh time in eight games to remain in control of the fifth seed in the playoff chase.
Reggie Wayne had six receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown and Adam Vinatieri kicked two field goals in the final 6 1/2 minutes, including a 53-yarder, to give Indianapolis a sweep of the season series.
Jake Locker threw for 262 yards and a touchdown but was picked off twice, including the interception by Vaughn as he attempted to throw out of his own end zone with 5:36 left in the third quarter.
Will Witherspoon return an interception by Luck 40 yards for a touchdown and Rob Bironas booted three field goals for the Titans (4-9), who tumbled to their third straight defeat. Tennessee's Kenny Britt had eight catches for 143 yards.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Luck broke Peyton Manning's franchise rookie for the most passing yards in a season but he also threw his 10th interception in five games to give him a league-worst 18. ... Titans WR Nate Washington extended his streak of consecutive games with at least one catch to 75 games. ... Wayne's second reception of the day gave him 952 for his career, moving him past Andre Reed and into 10th place on the NFL career list.
