Toney Douglas noticed something when he became a King after being traded from Houston on Feb. 20. He was going to a team that didn't play very good defense. And from the start, he had no problem pointing out to his new teammates what he saw wrong with the defense. "I was looking at it like, 'Oh, man we've got to get this fixed,' " Douglas said. But Douglas can score, too. And Tuesday night against the Los Angeles Clippers, Douglas closed out the game doing both. Douglas orchestrated a fourth quarter in which the Kings trampled the Pacific Division-leading Clippers en route to a 116-101 win at Sleep Train Arena. Douglas scored 17 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter. The Kings outscored the Clippers 38-18 in the quarter and limited the Clippers to 5-of-14 shooting in the final 12 minutes. Douglas also had seven assists. The Kings trailed 86-78 with 11:17 to play before going on a 13-0 run to take the lead for good. Douglas made 5 of 6 shots in the fourth, including 3 of 4 from three-point range. And when the Clippers threatened to get back in the game, it was Douglas that made sure it didn't happen. "Toney Douglas was incredible (Tuesday night)," said center DeMarcus Cousins. "A seasoned point guard can run a team, and that's what he did tonight. His defense out there was incredible."
