High School Baseball

Doylestown beat Spring City 8-5 on Saturday at Boyertown's Bear Stadium to win the Pennsylvania state legion championship.

Doylestown, which won the Region 2 tournament last week, didn't lose a game the entire state tournament.

Doylestown advances to the Mid-Atlantic legion tournament, which will start on Thursday at West Lawn's Owls Field.

West Lawn also qualified for the tournament.
