The Anaheim Ducks have signed Corey Perry to an eight-year contract extension worth a total of $69 million. The deal, as reported by TSN Hockey Insider Pierre LeBrun, carries an average annual value of $8.625 million. In 25 games with the Ducks this season, Perry has scored nine goals and added 15 assists with 41 penalty minutes. The 27-year-old winger was slated to become an unrestricted free agent this off-season.
