The Emmaus boys and Southern Lehigh girls each won District 11 lacrosse championships on Friday.

The 8-4 win by the Emmaus boys snaps a 2-year streak of wins by Central Catholic as District champions.  Emmaus and Central Catholic were tied at 1 in the first half before the Green Hornets went on a run to close out the half with a 4 goal lead.

Southern Lehigh beat Parkland to claim the girls title by a 9-7 final.  Southern Lehigh scored 5 consecutive goals after falling behind 2-0 and never trailed again.
