The Emmaus Green Hornets are gearing up to try to defend their District 11 crown.

The Hornets failed to win the LVC title in 2011, but did win the District title and advance to the state tournament.

Emmaus is once again considered a title contender this year, along with Parkland, Liberty, and several others.

The Hornets, for their part, are making no secret of the fact that defending their District title is a primary motivator this year.
