A week the Flyers hoped would prove that they're as good as they think they are didn't go quite as planned. Three losses against three big-talent teams with Stanley Cup aspirations later, the Flyers once again seem to be a team going nowhere. Not much went right Today when the Flyers were blanked 3-0 by the Boston Bruins. It was more of the same ... bad turnovers, no offense and shaky defense, and most of the old warts popped during an ugly first-period stretch in which Boston scored three goals in 2:18. Only a week ago, the Flyers were thinking their worst of teams were over when they reached .500 for the first time all season. At the time, they talked about how confident they were heading into one of the toughest parts of their schedule - three games in five days in three cities against the New York Rangers, Pittsburgh and Boston. The Flyers wound up losing them all, each in a different frustrating way
