HS BBALL RUNDOWN: CCHS beats Bangor; Pius X tops Salisbury

Central Catholic and Pius X each went on the road and picked up impressive non-league wins on Saturday.

The Vikings fell behind Bangor by 12 points in the second half, but roared back for a 71-63 win.

Alex Colton had a game-high 33 points for the Slaters. 

Muhammad Ali Abdur-Rahkmin had a team-high 28 points for the Vikings, with all of them coming in the second half.

Pius X earned a 49-46 win at Salisbury.

It marked the third impressive road win over a Colonial League team this season for the Royals, who have also beaten Notre Dame twice.

Elsewhere, Northern Lehigh earned a 52-36 win at Fleetwood, while Souderton won 55-43 at Notre Dame.
