HS FOOTBALL RUNDOWN: Pen Argyl beats Bangor; Wyomissing stays perfect
Wyomissing won the Berks II championship on Saturday, shutting out Berks Catholic 14-0 in a battle of unbeatens.
Wyo finishes the regular season at 10-0 and wraps up the No. 1 seed in the District 3 2A tournament. Berks Catholic falls to 9-1.

Parkland beat Emmaus 42-17 to clinch a share of the LVC Championship.
Eli Redmond scored four touchdowns and Timmy Baranek added a 75-yard touchdown run as the Trojans won their eighth straight game.

Whitehall breezed by Northampton 45-3 to win the annual Cement Bowl.
The Zephyrs, like Parkland, clinch a share of the LVC Championship with the win.

Liberty scored 35 points in the second half to earn a 41-14 win in their annual rivalry game with Freedom.
The Liberty defense scored a pair of touchdowns, including an interception return by K.J. Williams.
Williams also had a 66-yard touchdown catch, and set a new single season school record for receiving yards.

Palisades' slim playoff hopes came to an end in a 16-0 loss at Saucon Valley.

North Penn got a late touchdown and two-point conversion to earn an 11-10 win at Souderton.
The win spoiled the Big Red's District One playoff hopes.

Pennsbury beat Neshaminy 7-0 in a battle of 7-2 District One teams.
Both teams have qualified for the playoffs.
