College football programs take center stage on National Signing Day, as letters of intent from top prospects can help shape the future of a program. Just ask Florida State who won a national title with a lot of young, talented players this year. Penn State had a pretty good day today, their class is ranked 24th in the nation. Lehigh didn't do too bay either, the Mountain Hawks have signed a class of Lehigh has some key senior talent to replace starting with All-American wide receiver Lee Kurfis. But that wasn't their only hole, so when you look at the list of 18 guys the Mountain Hawks signed, you see a variety of positions, including the defensive line, and the group they've signed offensively can really run.   Lafayette signed a class of 26 players today, among them several from our area. Mike Depaolo of Pen Argyl is joining the Leopards, so are Parish Simmons and Matt Tuerk of Nazareth, Anders Warfel of CB West, and Coatesville's Collin Raysor. In total the Leopards signed 14 offensive players, 11 defensive players, and one special teams player.
