Whitfield has had three sessions with Luck in Los Angeles leading into the NFL scouting combine later this week in Indianapolis. Whitfield plans to have three more sessions with the projected No. 1 overall pick at this year's draft before his pro day on March 22.
"It's about getting reps and he's really a marvel to watch. Very sound. Very consistent. Physically impressive," Whitfield gloated about Luck on Tuesday.
Whitfield previously worked with Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton before he was selected first overall last season.
The first round of the draft will be held April 26. The Indianapolis Colts have the first overall pick.
