Darrelle Revis’ future with the Jets remains unknown, but the Pro Bowl cornerback added some more pocket change to his bank account this weekend courtesy of Woody Johnson. Revis earned a $1 million roster bonus on Saturday, per a clause in his contract. He is scheduled to earn two more $1 million bonuses this summer (in late June and July). The Daily News has reported that the Jets, who want to trade Revis at the right price, have legitimate buyers willing to make a deal. Sources told the News that the Buccaneers are interested, but they’re reportedly unwilling to part ways with their first-round pick (13th overall) in next month’s draft. The $1 million roster bonus payment date was never viewed as a hard deadline to move Revis, who is rehabbing from a season-ending torn ACL. Trade talks are expected to intensify at the annual league meetings in Phoenix this week where owners, general managers and head coaches will be present.
