Marian Hossa assisted on both of Toews' goals, while Andrew Shaw recorded his fifth tally for the Blackhawks, who are on a seven game-winning streak.Crawford, who started his second game since returning from an upper-body injury, left after making six saves in the first period and did not return. Ray Emery stopped 15 shots over the final two periods to preserve the shutout.Jaroslav Halak finished with 20 saves for the Blues, who were shut out for the second time in three games since the goaltender returned from a groin injury. St. Louis has scored three goals in its last four games and fell to 1-4-2 in its last seven home contests.Toews finished a nifty passing play involving linemates Hossa and Brandon Saad on the first shift of the game, deflecting the puck past Halak from the edge of the crease.
