The 10th-rated 3-point shooting team in the nation entering the NCAA Tournament, the Jackrabbits were just 4-for-19 from beyond the arc.The Wolverines trailed 16-10 midway through the first half before Hardaway knocked down a 3-pointer to ignite a 17-3 run. Carlson's jumper just before halftime pulled South Dakota State within 30-26, but Robinson had the first 11 Michigan points of the second half to push the advantage to 41-30.Carlson's layup allowed the Jackrabbits to trim their deficit to six points with 10:35 left.
