The Wildcats opened the second half on a 20-5 run to take a 50-41 advantage but Oklahoma State regained the lead, 55-53, on a jumper by Smart with 6:21 remaining.Nash later gave the Cowboys the lead for good with a layup with 2:48 showing that put Oklahoma State ahead 63-61. The Wildcats missed their next seven field goal attempts, and the Cowboys sealed the game at the free-throw line by hitting 11 of 12 down the stretch.
