Oregon 78, No. 25 UCLA 69: Carlos Emory scored 20 points off the bench and the third-seeded Ducks won their third Pac-12 tournament title in the last 11 seasons in Las Vegas.Johnathan Loyd contributed another 19 points off the bench, Damyean Dotson scored 11 of his 13 points in the first half and Arsalan Kazemi finished with 12 points and 12 rebounds for Oregon (26-8), which locked up its first NCAA Tournament bid since 2008.Shabazz Muhammad and Larry Drew II scored 14 points apiece, Travis Wear added 13 points, Kyle Anderson scored 11 and Norman Powell 10 for top-seeded UCLA (25-9), which rallied from double-digit second-half deficits in the first two games of the tournament but couldn't come all the way back against the Ducks.Oregon committed six of its 11 first-half turnovers in the opening 3:23, allowing UCLA to build an early 12-4 lead before the Ducks regrouped to take a 41-32 halftime lead. Oregon helped itself by shooting 7-for-9 from 3-point range in the opening half.The Bruins pulled within two points on a 3-pointer by Drew with 12:07 left, but Loyd banked in a jumper to start a 6-0 run and UCLA never got back within a single possession. Oregon's bench combined to outscore UCLA's 41-7.GAME NOTEBOOK: Powell made his eighth start of the season, filling in for Jordan Adams, the team's second leading scorer who suffered a season-ending foot injury on the final play of the semifinal win against Arizona. … Loyd and Muhammad both graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas. … Muhammad combined to score nine points in the first half of the three tournament games and 32 in the second half.
