Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent was driving at least 110 mph in the Dec. 8 car crash that killed teammate Jerry Brown, according to Dallas-Fort Worth TV station NBC 5, citing police reports.

The police report stated that Brent's speed ranged from 110 mph and may have reached as high as 134 mph on Highway 114. Police confirmed two months ago that Brent was speeding when his vehicle flipped after striking a curb.

Brown was pronounced dead at a local hospital. At the time of the crash, Brent had a blood-alcohol content of 0.189 percent, more than twice the legal limit.

The 24-year-old Brent has been indicted on one count of intoxication manslaughter, which carries a minimum sentence of 20 years in jail.
