Spring-Ford knocks off Pennridge to reach District One final

Spring-Ford knocked off Pennridge 35-24 on Saturday to reach its first ever District One 4A championship game.

(12-1) Spring-Ford had never won a playoff game in school history before making its historic run.

The loss ended a magical season for (11-2) Pennridge, which made its first ever trip to the District One semifinals.

Spring-Ford will face Coatesville for the District title game on Saturday at 1pm at Downingtown East High School.
