Staub, Melvin, Cormier to join Hall of Fame in Canada
Trio of baseball figures to be inducted this summer

Staub is a six-time MLB All-Star, who had his number retired by the Montreal Expos. He had a .279 batting average and drove in 1,466 runs in 24 major league seasons.
Cormier pitched 16 seasons in the majors predominantly with the St. Louis Cardinals and Philadelphia Phillies. He posted a career record of 71-64 and amassed 760 strikeouts.
Melvin is the current general manager of the Milwaukee Brewers and is the reigning Baseball Executive of the Year award winner. He had a brief pitching career in the minor leagues before moving into management.
The induction ceremony will take place on June 23 in Saint Marys, Ontario.
