Reading Royals' forward Yannick Tifu has been named the Reebok Hockey ECHL Player of the Month for December.
Tifu has recorded 16 points over his last 11 games. He leads the Royals in points with 31 this season.
The veteran is just the second player in Royals' history to receive the league's monthly award.
A few weeks ago, Tifu hit another major milestone when he tallied his 500th career point as a pro.
